Steve served as Senior Vice President of Legal and HR for Neoforma, Inc., a Nasdaq listed E-commerce firm in Silicon Valley. He later served as Managing Director of Boyden Global Executive Search, a firm with offices in forty-two countries. As the Vice President HR for Baxter's Hospital and Alternate Site Businesses, he had Human Resources responsibility for thirty four thousand employees. Alternate site was the operating group which launched many of Baxter’s new business ventures. Caremark Rx, one of spun off, now has annual sales of twenty-four billion dollars. Steve is a recognized expert in the area of corporate labor and employment practice.
